Despite the beautiful location, the food and service were underwhelming, with dirty cutlery and overwhelmed staff. In contrast, I also enjoyed a fantastic stay at another Taj property where the service was exceptional and the staff were enthusiastic. Overall, it seems the quality of experience can vary greatly between different properties in the same brand.
